Noise from outside disrupts the peace!!! The stairs to upper floors are a challenge for those with mobility concerns!!!

The room had a stunning sea view, offering a relaxing start to the day. Enjoyed the refreshing breakfast options, and the fresh interiors throughout added a nice touch to the atmosphere.
The entrance stairs could use a handrail for better safety, especially in wet conditions, which was a concern during my stay. Strong winds rattled the window frames and extractor fan, making sleep less comfortable. I noticed a cracked sink and some mould around the shower's sealant. Thin pillows didn't support my neck well, but they might be fine for others. A few crumbs were left in the room from a previous guest, which caught my attention despite the overall cleanliness.

Perfect for a group getaway
The views from the full height windows were magnificent, I could just sit there all day soaking it in. Breakfast was superb too, lots of options for a veggie like me, and it tasted amazing every morning.
Look it wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, I'd say it was fair game.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, particularly the immaculate cleanliness and the lovely breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for taking our large breed dog for walks along the beachfront, and the ample parking made things convenient for our busy family.
In my kids' opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.

Just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in Brighton with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. For future travelers, it’s worth noting the noise outside, so a room on a higher floor might be better.

Perfect location right on the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was well-presented and offered a nice variety, which was a highlight of our stay. there were some issues with allergies at breakfast, as normal milk was provided instead of plant-based options, causing concern. the lack of gluten-free and vegan sausage options was problematic for dietary needs.
